Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our company.
I grew up in Boston Massachusetts. In my early 20’s I landed a job as an PPC analyst at an agency in Boston, where I later became the senior director of the paid search department. I was responsible for managing over $25MM/year in ad spend for Fortune 500 companies like Goodyear, MIT, UMASS, Mass General Hospital and others.
During my time at the agency, I often saw that many PPC managers, myself included, didn’t always have the time to deep dive into campaigns to find optimization opportunities as much as they should. We also had time consuming tasks like keyword research, budget estimates and writing ad copy, that took time away from team collaboration, proper client call preparation and showing proactiveness towards the client’s unique goals.
Last year, I decided to part ways with the agency and started freelancing to businesses of all sizes, and realized that many are in need of qualified analytical talent that can read data and make effective optimizations, as well as assistance with some time consuming PPC tasks.
And that’s how Performance Hero was born, to fill a need in the market for agencies and marketing teams that need additional support with their paid media accounts. Our goal is to be your trusted partner that will help your business scale.
Together, we’ll improve your account’s performance, one click at a time.
Best,
Raphael Izidoro.

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level PPC Specialist now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.
Most freelancers don’t have the experience optimizing and driving results with multi-million dollar accounts for fortune 500 companies (or any size account). It’s a whole different level of complexity that one needs to deal with. Also, most freelancers are not reliable.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your PPC services when you have work available for them.
Performance Hero offers a ton of flexibility in how you request PPC tasks using Trello. Some common ways clients requests is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, decks or sheets, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game. You can watch how you will manage your requests here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJBRDBnTHH0
Budget management is important, that’s why we update our budget pacing sheet on a weekly basis, and will keep you informed every step of the way.
The frequency of optimizations varies per account. An account that has a lot of data will be optimized more often than an account with less data. All accounts will be optimized based on the client’s individual KPIs.
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many SEM requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Performance Hero is actually an agency of one and a group of highly skilled PPC contractors. This means you’ll initially work directly with me, founder of Performance Hero. However, when there is a high demand in PPC requests, those will be delegated to our partner contractors who I have personally vetted to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
We understand you may not have enough PPC work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (formerly bing ads).
No worries! We’ll continue to revise until you’re 100% satisfied.
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional PPC needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Yes, there is a 2 week trial period. If you’re not satisfied with our services, we will issue a full refund for the chosen plan.
